1 - Delamain - Pale & Dry XO in double magnum
For the end of the year, Pale & Dry XO cognac, made from eaux-de-vie exclusively from Grande Champagne, Premier Cru de Cognac, from Maison Delamain, is available in double magnum. This cognac is distinguished by a very elegant nose of apricot, citrus fruits and vanilla. The palate is refined and very fine. The finish, on the other hand, is round, very sweet and develops into fruit. And for easier service, this exceptional bottle comes with a pouring cradle. Available at the Cave du Château for €598.
2 - Limited edition Cognacs Martell and Paul Bocuse
A true tribute to the first blend created by the Maison Martell in 1879, both in terms of the design of the bottle and its content, this cognac expresses not only a bouquet of extraordinary aromas, but also the values shared by the Maison Martell and Restaurant Paul Bocuse, such as family heritage, exceptional terroir and generosity. This cognac is available in a limited edition of 220 bottles in the Paul Bocuse Restaurant shop at a price of 75 € per bottle.
3 - Hennessy XO - Ice box set
This original limited edition is a box set that transforms into an ice bucket to discover new tasting experiences of the Hennessy XO around the ice cream that reveals the rich and complex aromas of this cognac. Available from wine merchants at a price of 198 €.
4 - Camus XO box set
Camus XO is a selection of the best eaux-de-vie that have matured for at least 10 years in small oak barrels. This cognac offers pastry aromas, with notes of apricot, orange and white flowers, followed by a delicate hint of cinnamon. The palate is generous, with butter and candied fruit. The finish is long and rich in spices. Contents of the box set 1 bottle of XO and 2 glasses: 139 € at the wine shops.
5 - Rémy Martin - XO Fine Champagne
The vines and grapes dress in red and gold this rotating box that reveals a bottle of XO Fine Champagne. This cognac has aromas of white flowers, spices and accents of plum, fig and candied orange that blend with notes of cinnamon and fresh hazelnut in an exceptional softness and beautiful power. Limited edition available at the wine shops for 190 €.
6 - La Guilde du Cognac - Saint-Preuil Extra
The Guild is committed to discovering the cognacs of rare and precious villages through a collection of 4 Single Village Cognacs. Saint-Preuil Extra is a Grande Champagne cognac from a village between vineyards and forests, undoubtedly one of the best expressions of the Grande Champagne vintage.
