First nose: beautiful intensity with a fruity aroma of marmalade, candied quince and vanilla.
2nd nose: a light, melted woodiness mixed with a delicate rancio.
Gentle attack with a hint of spice, a mid-palate lined with a balanced woodiness with fruity and vanilla notes.
The finish is quite long with a slight dryness bringing virility.
This vintage will delight Cognac and cigar lovers.
The Maison Trijol is located in the heart of the Cognac Region a few kilometers from Cognac. Part of the vineyard extends over the Grande Champagne, Premier Cru and is planted mainly in Ugni-Blanc.
