Tasting note :
The nose is delicate.
The palate is supple with complex aromatic notes. First of all, floral notes (iris and violet). Then spicy notes (vanilla of melted wood) with hints of leather. Sweet and delicate rancio. The attack is progressive. Aromatic notes are round (floral and fruity). The evolution is delicate with a pastry note of crème brûlée.
A beautiful product with the nobility of Borderies. It is seductive and rich in flavour. We can discover the typical and specific flavours of this "cru" aged with tact and wisdom.
The Maison Trijol is located in the heart of the Cognac Region a few kilometers from Cognac. Part of the vineyard extends over the Grande Champagne, Premier Cru and is planted mainly in Ugni-Blanc.
